This hotel is a gem for families! The staff went above and beyond to make traveling with our 2-year-old twins a breeze, with thoughtful gifts and special amenities. The breakfast spread was a 20/10, with a variety of natural food options like gluten-free items, pre-made smoothies, and ingredients to make your own healthy smoothies in the morning. The rooms were modern, clean, and spacious, and the USB ports in the wall sockets made charging our devices hassle-free. Plus, they had sweets waiting for us in the reception area!

On the first day, there was a slight odor in the bathroom, but it was quickly resolved the next day.

The rooms and bathrooms were spacious, awesome for comfortable movement. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a variety of gluten-free and lactose-free options available. The hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the city without relying on taxis. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Madrid.

We had an amazing stay in a wonderful neighborhood close to everything. The hotel was in the upscale Salamanca area, making it convenient to explore the city. The location was also near El Retiro park and the shopping street, perfect for us. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the staff were very good too make us comfortable. The breakfast offered a wide range of options, including vegetarian, vegan, and meat lovers' choices. The hotel facilities, such as the swimming pool, were a great way to relax and beat the Madrid heat.

We had a fantastic time at this venue. The location was perfect, situated between two Metro stations and surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants. The service was top-notch with friendly staff and 24-hour room service available. The room amenities exceeded our expectations, including in-room air conditioning and free toiletries. We particularly enjoyed the seasonal outdoor pool and fitness studio which were well maintained.
